Aline Dahruj

Aline Dahruj has a diverse work experience in various roles within the human resources and property management fields. Aline started their career as a Tour Desk Agent at Celebration World Resort in 2006. In 2012, they joined Liberty Universal Management, Inc. as an intern and later served as an Assistant Property Manager and Director of Marketing. In 2016, Aline Dahruj transitioned to Brixmor Property Group, where they held roles of increasing responsibility, including Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Supervisor, Human Resources Manager, and most recently, Vice President of Human Resources.

Aline Dahruj has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in June 2021 and as a Predictive Index Practitioner from The Predictive Index in November 2018.
