Fred Spille

Fred Spille has extensive experience in property management and operations. Fred began their career at Simon Property Group, where they held various operations positions for 8 years. Fred then moved on to SSC Service Solutions as a Regional Manager, where they managed 12 retail mall facilities and developed and managed a $11 million P & L. Fred then joined UGL Unicco - Cushman & Wakefield as Senior Director of Facilities, where they managed 27 retail mall facilities, 8 industrial sites, and 3 colleges. Fred was responsible for a $40 million P & L and also hired, trained, and managed regional operations directors. Fred then became Vice President of Operations at Oxford Building Services, overseeing the management of various retail, office, and industrial facilities. Currently, they are a Senior Property Manager at Brixmor Property Group.

Fred Spille attended Washburn University from 1991 to 1992, studying Business. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1987, they attended St. Mary's College where they pursued studies in Computer Programming and Drafting. It is unclear if Fred Spille obtained any degrees from either institution. Fred's earlier education history is not specified other than the fact that they attended Hickman Mills High School at some point.
