Rick Ramsey

Rick Ramsey has a significant amount of work experience in the construction and project management industry. Rick started their career at Bryant Burton Kupcunas Architects, LLC in 2004, where they worked as a Project Manager until 2007. Following this, they joined Centro Properties Group in 2007 as a Construction Manager, a role they held until 2011. During their time at Centro Properties Group, they also took on additional responsibilities as a Construction Manager. In 2011, Rick joined Brixmor as a Project/Construction Manager, where they managed retail construction projects and played a key role in due diligence coordination, providing cost estimates, and overseeing redevelopments.

Rick Ramsey completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Texas Tech University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
