William L. Brown is the EVP of Development/Redevelopment at Brixmor Property Group. William has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. William has held various positions including Senior Development Advisor, Vice President of Development - Western Region, Director of Development, Executive Vice President - Development, and Vice President of Construction. William's experience and expertise have been invaluable to Brixmor Property Group.

William L. Brown studied architecture at the University of Southern California. William received their BARCH degree from USC.
