Choosit Thanungchooshilp

As Vice President of Accounting, Choosit oversees all corporate and property accounting and reporting functions. He manages the accounting software, investor portal, and payroll functions and serves as the primary contact for tax preparation and audits. Choosit leads a talented team of accountants and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external users.

Prior to joining the Brixton team, Choosit served eight years as Controller for Pacifica Companies, a privately held real estate development, management, and investment company managing all accounting, audit, and tax reporting for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of real estate assets including Senior Housing, Multi-Family, Single Family Homes, Commercial, Hotel, Development, and Loans. Previously, he spent four years at Trans West Housing, a residential developer as Controller. Choosit also dedicated four years to Arlington Hospitality as the Manager of Property Accounting, leading the financial and tax reporting for forty hotels, along with being the point of contact for quarterly and annual audits.

Choosit is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
