Craig Prindle

Senior Director at BRMi

Craig Prindle has over 30 years of experience in management consulting and enterprise performance management services for various government departments and organizations.

Craig began their career at NAVSEA, Applied Management Sciences in 1983, working on the SAFIRE Program. Craig then joined American Management Systems (AMS) in 1987 as a Systems Analyst before moving to National Capitol Systems Inc (NCSI) as a Senior Systems Analyst in 1989.

In 1991, Prindle joined James Martin as a Managing Consultant, where they worked for almost a decade. In 2000, James Martin transformed into Headstrong, and Prindle continued to work as a Principal, responsible for sales and delivery leadership of Federal Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) services.

In 2010, Prindle joined Enterprise Information Services as the Vice President of Management Consulting, and in 2012, they moved to BRMi as a Senior Director. At BRMi, they provided Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) leadership for management consulting services, specializing in strategic planning, enterprise architecture, portfolio management, and project management office methods and best practices. Craig'sfocus was on customers from the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, Department of Agriculture, Department of Treasury, and Department of Commerce.

Throughout their career, Prindle has demonstrated expertise in consulting, sales, and delivery leadership, successfully managing consulting projects and driving operational and business results for government programs and departments.

Craig Prindle has a Master's degree in Industrial Administration (MBA) from Purdue University. Craig also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemistry from Bucknell University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2017, Facility Security Officer (FSO) from Defense Security Service in 2009, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in 2003.
