Stacie Lautrup

Vice President Human Resources at BRMS

Stacie Lautrup has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Stacie started their career as a Human Resources Supervisor at Claims Management, Inc. in 1991, where they handled employee relations and served as the first point of contact for internal Workers' Compensation Claims.

In 2008, Stacie joined Benefit & Risk Management Services as a Director of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for employee relations, training & leadership development, compensation & benefits, and safety & health. Stacie advised Executive and Senior Management on HR issues and acted as the point of contact for all employee relations matters.

Stacie then joined Folsom Lake Fitness in 2013 as a Client Relations Manager/Studio Director. Stacie compiled, reviewed, and analyzed client data, documented processes and systems, and handled client inquiries and reservations.

Currently, Stacie is Vice President of Human Resources at BRMS since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Director at the same company from February 2018 to February 2021. Before that, they served as an HR Generalist at BRMS from August 2015 to February 2018. In this role, they administered HR plans and procedures, developed and implemented personnel policies, ensured compliance with employment regulations, and participated in setting HR department goals and objectives.

Stacie Lautrup has a strong educational background in Human Resources. Stacie attended the University of California, Davis from 1994 to 2007, focusing on this field of study. Prior to that, they completed a period of General Studies at Santa Rosa Junior College from 1988 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, Stacie has also obtained a certification as an AB 1825 Certified Trainer from The Ison Law Group.
