Holly Soutter

Director, Lead Discovery And Profiling at Broad Institute

Holly Soutter is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in biophysics and biochemistry, currently serving as Director of Lead Discovery and Profiling at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard since July 2020, and as an Associate Member at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since November 2023. Previous positions include Director and Associate Director roles at Silicon Therapeutics and Group Leader at X-Chem, where Holly demonstrated leadership in therapeutic discovery and protein sciences.
