Phil Richards

Phil Richards is a seasoned professional in the technology and support sectors, currently serving as Lead Support Engineer at Broadband Hospitality since February 2020. Prior to this role, Phil spent over 22 years at Allin Interactive as Vice President of Support, where responsibilities included managing support teams for Interactive TV, Mobile Applications, and Digital Signage systems across various industries, while also overseeing office infrastructure for remote and on-site teams. Earlier in their career, Phil held the position of Staff Director of Financial Systems at AirTouch Communications, focusing on financial systems support and training. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Redlands, earned between 1987 and 1989.
