Juan Carlos Perez

Juan Carlos (JC) Perez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in channel strategy and business development across leading technology firms. Currently serving as the Global Head of Dell Synergy Business at Broadcom since June 2023, Perez previously held key leadership roles at VMware as Sr. Director of Channel Business, where responsibilities included the global strategy and execution of channel partnerships, and at Dell Technologies as Global Vice President for Channel Strategy, Sales Planning, and Business Development. His career also includes significant positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where Juan Carlos (JC) was Vice President for Global Sales and led global initiatives for growth and competitive programs, as well as various roles at HP that focused on marketing and sales enablement. Juan Carlos holds a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and International Business from Florida International University.
