Raymond Lipps

Raymond Lipps, holding certifications as CISSP, CRISC, and CDPSE, is currently the Chief Information Security Officer for the Enterprise Security Group at Broadcom since November 2023, overseeing cybersecurity solutions. Additionally, Raymond serves as Chairperson at HMG Strategy and a member of the Board of Trustees at Geneva College. Previous roles include Managing Director of Cyber, Risk & CISO Advisory at EY and Executive Director, Global Chief Information Security Officer at Celgene. Raymond has extensive experience in information security, having held significant positions at Citi, JPMorgan Chase, Hoffmann-La Roche, and The Prudential Insurance Company of America. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from Rutgers University and dual Bachelor's degrees from Geneva College.
