Lauren Horan Shahriar

Lauren Horan Shahriar is incredibly passionate about the business of healthcare and with helping others. As BroadJump’s first employee, she has been instrumental in the development and population of BroadJump’s back-end technologies. In her current role, she is responsible for the development of BroadJump’s internal product log and categorization schema.

Lauren studied Human Development at Texas Tech University. After graduation, she became a Child Life Advocate, working with children in their early stage development. Lauren then moved to the business side of healthcare, working with MedAssets in their National Purchasing Center. Lauren worked directly with providers in the sourcing process and gained valuable insight into the healthcare strategic sourcing process.
