Ashley Maddox

Ashley Maddox has extensive work experience in revenue operations and management roles. Ashley currently works at Broadlume as the Director of Revenue Operations, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior Manager and then a Revenue Operations Manager at the same company from March 2022 to March 2023 and from March 2021 to February 2022, respectively.

Before joining Broadlume, Ashley worked as a Revenue Operations Manager at ZoomInfo for a brief period in November 2020. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Yelp, where they held various roles in revenue operations management. Ashley was a Manager of Revenue Operations from January 2019 to November 2020, where they managed a QA team and a contractor group supporting sales organizations. From September 2015 to December 2018, they were a Senior QA & Reporting Specialist, leading a contractor team and piloting Yelp's in-house QA team. Ashley also served as a Senior Rep in Revenue Operations from October 2014 to August 2015.

Ashley's earlier experience includes roles at Cartel Coffee Lab as a Coffee Professional from September 2013 to October 2014. Ashley also worked at MedApps Inc. as a Media Content Specialist from January 2010 to January 2013, where they were responsible for various design, marketing, and content management tasks.

Prior to that, they worked as a Graphics Assistant/Cover Photographer at the Journal of Mine Action & ERW from 2008 to August 2009, and as a Photography Editor and Photographer at Curio Magazine from January 2008 to May 2009. Ashley started their career as a Student at James Madison University from August 2005 to May 2009.

Ashley also gained experience as a Recruiting Assistant at KW & Associates from May 2007 to September 2008 and as a Media & Marketing Intern at United Way NSV from May 2008 to August 2008.

From 2005 to 2009, Ashley Maddox attended James Madison University where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Ashley'sstudies focused on Media Arts & Design, Journalism, and Spanish.
