Senior Integration Support Specialist at Broadly

Bryan Albano started their work experience in 2007 at Cisco, where they worked as a Tier 1 Support for the company's telephone conferencing system, Cisco Meetingplace. Bryan provided customer assistance with tasks such as attending and scheduling meetings, managing customer profiles, and troubleshooting plug-ins. Bryan also performed system health check reports on a weekly basis. Bryan worked in this role until April 2010 when they transitioned to become a Tier 2 Cisco Meetingplace and Webex Help Desk Support Engineer. In this role, Bryan provided tier 2 support for Meetingplace/Webex Premium Customers and assisted tier 1 support agents with troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. Bryan handled customer issues through phone and email communication channels. Bryan continued working at Cisco until November 2017.

In 2018, Bryan joined Broadly as a Customer Care and Integrations Specialist. In this position, they provided technical support to Broadly's customers with integrations between their CRM and Broadly software. Their responsibilities included diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving integration questions, issues, and requests. Bryan also performed advanced business system integrations using various tools such as Native, 3rd party, and Zapier. Bryan held this role until March 2019 when they were promoted to Integrations Support Specialist. In this role, Bryan continued to support customers with integrations while also taking on additional responsibilities.

Currently, Bryan holds the position of Senior Integration Support Specialist at Broadly, starting in October 2021. Further details about this role such as the end date are not provided.

Bryan Albano has a diverse educational history. Bryan attended Diablo Valley College from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a general studies program. Later, between 2016 and 2017, they attended Las Positas College, where they majored in computer science. In 2018, Bryan completed a certificate program in full-stack web development/coding offered by UC Berkeley Extension.
