Kazushi Korekata has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to present. They started their career as a Customer Care Specialist at vRide, Inc., where they provided day-to-day account management and resolved customer issues. In 2015, they joined SmartZip as an Account Manager, responsible for managing client accounts, facilitating sync-ups, and providing research and problem-solving support. Since 2017, Kazushi has been working at Broadly as a Customer Success Manager, developing and maintaining relationships with small business owners across the nation. They manage the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to support, and help connect business owners with modern consumers.

Kazushi Korekata completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from San Diego State University between 2006 and 2009.
