Zears Slocum

Zears Slocum began their work experience as a Sales Associate and Visual Merchandiser at Forever 21 from June 2013 to June 2015. Zears then worked as a Server at J & T Thai Restaurant from August 2015 to June 2016. From July 2017 to February 2018, Zears worked as a Membership Advisor at Crunch Fitness. After that, they worked as a Server at Jinya Ramen Bar-Perkins Rowe from March 2018 to September 2019. Zears then worked as a Customer Service Representative at ecoATM Gazelle from September 2019 to May 2020. Zears served as an Account Manager at The Social Co. from February 2020 to September 2020, providing social media influencers with platform management services. Zears then joined Broadly in January 2021 as a Customer Support Specialist. Zears later moved on to the role of Technical Specialist-Product in March 2022, where they investigated technical issues, communicated with the engineering team, and served as a product liaison to the customer success team. Currently, Zears holds the position of Associate Product Manager at Broadly starting in November 2022.

Zears Slocum attended San Diego Mesa College from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Communications. Following that, from 2016 to 2018, Zears attended San Francisco State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General. In terms of additional certifications, Zears obtained a certification in Recruiting: Talent Acquisition & Hiring from Earl in November 2020. They also obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance in October 2022. Additionally, Zears obtained an Email Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy in October 2020.
