Olesya Voronina

Olesya Agafonov has a diverse background in finance and banking, with experience spanning over a decade across various roles. Currently serving as an Associate Systems Analyst at Ready Capital since June 2023, Olesya previously worked at Broadmark Realty Capital Inc. in multiple capacities including Asset Management Associate, Credit Analyst, and Commercial Loan Specialist from January 2021 to May 2023.
