Mary Jobb

Mary Jobb is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Sales at The Broadmoor since February 2024, Mary has a diverse background that includes roles such as Director of Group Sales at The Diplomat Beach Resort and Senior Regional Director of Sales & Marketing at Hilton Worldwide. Prior to these positions, Mary held various leadership roles, including Director of Sales at Waldorf Astoria Orlando & Hilton Bonnet Creek and Vice President of Sales at LXR, Luxury Resorts & Hotels. Mary's career began in 1989 at The Coeur d'Alene Resort, where a series of positions culminated in becoming Associate Director of Sales. Mary holds a Strategic Management Certification from Cornell University and a Travel Management Certification from the American Travel Institute.
