Robert Armstrong

Robert Armstrong, CSM, is a highly experienced software test engineer with over 30 years of expertise in software development, maintenance, and testing across both Department of Defense and commercial environments. Currently serving as a Software Test Engineer for the Space Force at Oasis Security since November 2023, Robert has held various engineering roles, including Lead Engineer at HTSI and Principal Software Engineer at L-3 Communications. Additionally, Robert has a long-standing musical career as a pianist at The Broadmoor since January 2015. Academic qualifications include a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Chapman University and a B.A. in Music Education from Westminster Choir College.
