Lauren Abdosh

Lauren Abdosh has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Lauren began their career as a Program Site Assistant at People's Regional Opportunity Program in Portland, ME, where they instructed youth programs in under-served communities and led workshops in dance, art, life skills, academics, and peer leadership. In 2008, they moved to Los Angeles and became the Middle School Youth Programs Coordinator at Inside Out Community Arts, where they coordinated administrative tasks and logistics for youth theatre arts programs at public schools and community centers. In 2009, they became the Program Manager at Teen Media Initiative, managing a social enterprise program for high school age youth in the South Bay. In 2014, they became the Senior Program Manager at P.S. ARTS, and in 2018, they began working as Administration and Sales at Cool Tropics. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Senior Events Specialist & Operations Specialist at Broadnet.

Lauren Abdosh began their education in 2010 at the Ojai Foundation & Center for Council Practice, where they studied Council practice. Lauren then pursued undergraduate coursework in Fine Arts at Stonehill College. Finally, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Studio Art and Entreprenuerial Studies from the University of Southern Maine.
