With experience in leadership roles at various organizations, Todd has managed multimillion-dollar projects, led teams, and collaborated with international health partners. Todd holds a Master's Degree in Educational Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from the University of Cape Town, a Master's Degree in Public Health from The University of Manchester, and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from San Diego State University.
