Amy G. Harkins

Amy G. Harkins serves as the Head of Operations, Client Service and User Acceptance Testing, as well as the Head of Transformation and Control at Broadridge since January 2020. Harkins has extensive experience in leading operations, project definition, and vendor management, with a focus on developing efficient processes. Since January 2019, Harkins has been an Executive in Residence at Duquesne University, teaching courses on Leading Change in Sustainable Enterprises. Previously, Harkins held multiple senior leadership roles at BNY Mellon from July 2007 to January 2019, including Managing Director and Global Head of several divisions, overseeing large teams and implementing significant workflow improvements. Harkins' earlier experience includes managing teams at Mellon Financial and serving as Chief Financial Officer at CIBC Mellon. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Georgetown University, a Master of Science in Taxation from Robert Morris University, and an MBA in International Business from Duquesne University.
