Mary Beth Schroeder

Mary Beth Schroeder is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President at Broadridge since July 2016. With a strategic focus on global leadership development, Mary Beth has successfully partnered with HR centers of excellence and senior business leaders to enhance talent mobility, diversity, and engagement. Previously, Mary Beth held senior leadership roles at Affinion Group, where significant contributions were made to talent development and corporate communications, as well as at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, where effective succession planning and talent review processes were implemented. Mary Beth's early career includes roles in leadership development and human resources administration. Mary Beth holds a Master of Philosophy and is expected to complete a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2023 from Baruch College, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Lawrence University.
