Pankaj Jain

Pankaj Jain is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and integration. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Broadridge since August 2025, Pankaj previously held the position of Director of Core Software Engineering at Western Union from February 2014 to August 2025. Earlier roles include TIBCO Integration Architect at Baltimore Gas & Electric and Senior IT Consultant at TCS, where Pankaj worked from September 1999 to November 2010, alongside a tenure as TIBCO Integration Consultant at CitiFinancial. Pankaj holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Electrical Communications from Punjab Engineering College, completed in 1999, and studied at DAV College, Chandigarh, from 1993 to 1995.
