Vincent G. Roux is the SVP, Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Broadridge. Vincent was previously with Jefferies & Company from January 2001 to December 2003 as Senior Vice President in the Investment Banking - Financial Services Group. Prior to that, they were with Bear Stearns from January 1996 to December 2001 as Associate Director. Before that, they were with Alex. Brown & Sons from January 1994 to December 1996 as an Investment Banking Associate. Vincent's first job out of college was with Fleet Financial Group from January 1992 to December 1994 as a Credit Trainee / Analyst.

Vincent G. Roux's educational career began at Canisius High School. Vincent then went on to Canisius College, where they earned a BA in Vincent'story. Finally, they earned an MBA in Finance from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.

They are on a team with Sheenam Ohrie - Managing Director, India, Robert Schifellite - Corporate SVP & President, Investor Communication Solutions, and Michael Natoli - Chief Client Officer. Vincent G. Roux reports to Tim Gokey, President & CEO.
