Clare Lloyd-Williams

Clare Lloyd-Williams is a skilled actuarial professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Actuarial Systems Consultant at Broadstone since September 2025, Clare previously held the position of Senior Systems Analyst at Isio from March 2022 to September 2025, and at XPS Pensions Group from January 2017 to March 2022. Prior roles include Senior Systems Analyst and Systems Analyst at XPS Pensions Group, as well as Part Qualified Actuary and SIPP Client Manager at Barnett Waddingham from August 2010 to January 2017. Clare earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from the University of Reading between 2003 and 2006.
