Andy Canales is currently a Principal and Operating Partner at Broadtree Partners, LLC, focusing on acquiring lower middle market businesses. Previously, Andy completed an MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management, where significant contributions included advising a health economics company on growth strategy and representing MIT at the World Government Summit. As the Founding Executive Director of Latinos for Education, Andy led substantial fundraising efforts and designed leadership programs impacting education. Earlier roles include Director of the Center for Social Measurement and Evaluation at CHILDREN AT RISK, where Andy influenced public policy, and Director of Literacy Initiatives & Partnerships at The Commit! Partnership, which significantly improved literacy rates across schools. Andy holds degrees from MIT Sloan and Pepperdine University, as well as a Master's in Education from Hunter College.
