Operations Management

The Operations Management team at Broadview Federal Credit Union ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of the credit union's various operational facets. The team manages and optimizes internal systems (led by the Workday Systems Manager), oversees agricultural loans and services (handled by the Farm Operations Lead), and administers consumer lending processes and policies (managed by the Manager of Consumer Lending Operations and Administration), contributing to the overall mission of enhancing member services and operational excellence.
