Joanne D'Ambrosio

Joanne D'Ambrosio has been with CAP COM Federal Credit Union since May 1995, holding the title of Project and Operations Training Administrator. Prior to that, Joanne worked at KeyBank in Branch Operations. Joanne currently serves as the Manager of Consumer Lending Operations and Administration at Broadview Federal Credit Union since August 2022. Joanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, graduating in 1991 following their education at Bishop Maginn High School.
