POSITION DETAILS:

DEPARTMENT: Finance

LOCATION: Remote in Colombia

REPORTS TO: Credit Collections Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: 

Broadvoice is looking for an experienced Collection Specialist to join our growing team. 

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Contact customers via phone and email to collect past-due invoices.
  • Communicate with Sales to advise when customers are placed on credit hold.
  • Interact with various departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
  • Process payments and refunds.
  • Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
  • Update account status records and collection efforts.
  • Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Collections.
  • General computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Must have good administrative and organizational skills and ability to manage stress.
  • Skilled in negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (mandatory).
