Hugo Mendes

Hugo Mendes has a strong background in IT and has held various roles throughout their career. Hugo started as an Associate Service Technician at CGI in 2004, where they coordinated projects, trained technicians, and created tutorials and manuals. In 2015, they joined DXC Technology as a Senior Technical Field Engineer, providing assistance and support for various IT issues. Hugo also served as a Field Support Coordinator, managing a technical team and overseeing ticket management and customer support. In 2021, Hugo joined Jumia Porto Tech Center as an IT Manager, leading migration and centralization projects and deploying and maintaining VMWare Unified Endpoint Management. Currently, they are serving as the Global IT Director at Broadvoice.

Hugo Mendes obtained a Bachelor's equivalency degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ANFEI/ATEC from 2001 to 2004.
