Shannon Reynolds

Shannon Reynolds is a seasoned professional in sales operations, currently serving as the Senior Regional Sales Operations Manager for West Coast at Broadway Across America since May 2014. With a background in audience services and sales, Shannon held the position of Audience Services Manager at Signature Theatre from June 2011 to April 2014, and previously worked as Assistant Director of Sales Services at Arena Stage in 2010-2011. Prior experience includes the role of Group Sales Associate at Ford's Theatre Society and Box Office Associate at Indiana University Auditorium. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington, earned in 2008.
