Samantha Watt

Samantha Watt has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Samantha currently serves as the Human Resources Team Lead at Ithaca Energy since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Chevron for seven years as an HR Business Partner from May 2012 to October 2019. Before joining Chevron, Samantha was associated with Baker Hughes, a GE company, where they held the position of HR Manager. Samantha provided HR support for the Africa Region and UK, managed a team of HR representatives and assistant, and developed and implemented company policies and procedures. Samantha's career started at BJ Services, where they worked as an HR Supervisor and Advisor, handling various responsibilities such as employee relations, recruitment programs, and training. Samantha also played a key role in the roll-out of the Global SAP HR & Payroll System. Throughout their career, Samantha has demonstrated their expertise in HR management, talent development, and policy implementation.

Samantha Watt obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Production Management from Robert Gordon University from 1996 to 2000. Samantha then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2003 to 2005. Lastly, Samantha completed a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2005 to 2006, all also at Robert Gordon University.
