Dane Culton is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in commercial and real estate portfolio management. Currently serving as the CRE & Commercial Portfolio Manager at Broadway Bank since April 2019, Dane previously held the position of Senior Commercial Credit Analyst. Prior experience includes roles at Wells Fargo as a Senior Business Relationship Manager and Credit Analyst, where Dane honed skills in business relationship management and credit analysis. During a tenure at the UTSA Small Business Development Center, Dane assisted small business owners by developing business plans, conducting financial analyses, and providing tailored consulting services. Dane started the professional journey as an Institutional Research Assistant at Schreiner University, focusing on data analysis and documentation.
