Joe Philipp

Joe Philipp is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and development. Currently serving as AVP Support & Development at Broadway Bank since May 2017, Joe previously held senior roles at ENTRUST Technology Consulting Services and LightSpeed LLC, including Senior IT Engineer and Senior IT Consultant, respectively. Joe's expertise in litigation support services and electronic discovery is complemented by a robust background at USAA as a Senior Configuration Engineer, where involvement in Agile SCRUM methodologies facilitated successful enterprise-wide software deployment. Additionally, Joe has a notable military background as a Lt Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserves, where responsibilities included senior communications leadership for aeromedical evacuation missions, along with significant network and telecommunications project management. Joe holds a Master’s degree in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
