Kristian Valencia

Prior to joining Broadway National, Kristian managed client service teams in a fast-paced environment and was tasked with oversight and improvement of employee performance metrics and client escalation issues. Since joining Broadway National, Kristian has leveraged his 7+ years of industry experience to help eradicate clients’ facilities problems.

He started his career at Broadway as an Account Coordinator in 2015 and, two years later, was promoted to National Account Manager. As Manager, he was responsible for cultivating client relations, employee development, and maintaining Broadway’s high standard of service response.
