Erik Jensen

Erik Jensen is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Broadwind since January 2021, Erik leads operations in manufacturing wind turbine towers and Pressure Reduction Systems. Previously, Erik held the roles of Executive Coach at Your Solid Rock Defined, LLC, and Chief Human Capital Officer at Broadwind Energy, where contributions included oversight of EH&S, compliance, and executive advisory duties. Erik's extensive experience also includes roles as Chief Human Resources Officer at Pettibone, LLC, and Corporate Director of Human Resources at ThyssenKrupp. Erik's educational credentials include an MBA from Olivet Nazarene University and a BS in Industrial Technology/Manufacturing Engineering from Eastern Illinois University.
