Eric Rufener

Eric Rufener is an experienced professional in engineering and management with a focus on controls and automation. Currently serving as Shared Services Manager at Broan-NuTone since January 2019, Eric has also held roles such as Lead Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Control Engineer at Entrust Manufacturing Technologies for a brief period in 2018 and spent over a decade at Bradley Corporation as an Industrial Engineering Technician. Eric Rufener holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Bachelor of Science in History from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
