Tom Dare is a seasoned engineering professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Broan-NuTone since May 2021, Tom has progressed through several roles including Engineer III and Project Engineer. Prior to this, Tom gained experience at Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Process Engineer from January 2017 to May 2021. Initial engineering experiences include internships at Boeing, where Tom worked as an Engineering Intern for Product Development and an Equipment Engineering Intern, as well as an internship at QPSE, formerly QPS Engineering, as a Mechanical Engineer Intern. Tom is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at the Wisconsin School of Business, with expected completion in January 2026, and holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison obtained in 2016.
