David Mendelsohn

David Mendelsohn is a seasoned professional in the food industry, currently serving as the New Product Development Manager at Nomad Foods since September 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Group R&D Manager at Kepak Group, where responsibilities encompassed shaping and executing the Research and Development agenda for Red Meat & Foods Retail and Food Service divisions. David has also held positions focused on alternative proteins at Dawn Farms and served in various capacities at Kerry Group, including R&D Manager and Senior Regulatory Information Officer, with a strong emphasis on developing functional food ingredient systems. David's educational background includes a Master of Science in Food Business Strategy from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Health from the University of Limerick.
