Scott Hyatt

Scott Hyatt serves as the Delivery / Operations Manager and Project Management Office (PMO) Lead at Brock Solutions since August 2008. In this capacity, Scott oversees project management, product deployment, cloud operations, support, and customer success within the Smart Suite Business Unit. Scott effectively bridges three main business units—Transportation and Logistics, Manufacturing Group, and Smart Suite Products Group—driving consistency and quality across the organization while mentoring senior project managers within the PM community. Additionally, Scott manages programs related to Boston Logan Airport and Parcel Post/Warehouse Distribution, providing oversight on project execution and resource management. Before joining Brock Solutions, Scott held Project Manager and software development roles at ATS Automation Tooling Systems and Engel Canada Inc., respectively. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees and certifications from Conestoga College and Festo Didactic in areas including mechanical engineering technology and automated control systems.
