Ernie Barber

Ernie Barber has extensive experience in sales and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as a Sales Leader at Broken Arrow Electric Supply, Inc. and hosting the Flagrant 2 Podcast, Barber has previously held significant roles including Area Branch Manager at TK Elevator, where management of a $35 million P&L and a team of 45 was paramount. Notable positions also include Executive Vice President of Sales at TVC Pro-Driver, where a B2B sales platform was launched and Salesforce CRM was implemented, and Director of Sales Marketing at Georg Fischer, managing a $120 million P&L. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Gexpro and BlackHawk Industrial with a focus on sales growth and relationship management, as well as operational oversight at Fastenal Company.
