Michael Leitch

Michael Leitch is an experienced construction management professional with a diverse background in overseeing various types of construction projects. Currently serving as the Director of Construction Services at Broken Arrow Public Schools since September 2021, Michael previously held the position of Capital Projects Manager at Tulsa City-County Library from July 2008 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing all new construction and upgrades for 26 library locations. Michael's career also includes significant experience as a Project Superintendent at Flintco, Inc. from May 1994 to June 2008, supervising projects valued between $10,000 and $10 million, and as a Carpenter Foreman at Nabholz Construction from June 1988 to April 1994, assisting with administrative and technical tasks while overseeing various construction trades.
