Chris Hankins

Chris Hankins possesses extensive experience in construction management and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Construction Management Services and in a business development role at MSR-FSR, LLC since June 2014, Chris also holds the position of CEO at FULLBACK, Inc. since September 2011, providing services to government entities. Prior experience includes over 17 years as the Southwest Operations Manager at AM Technical Solutions, Inc. and service as a Marine in the United States Marine Corps from May 1987 to June 1992. Chris's educational background includes studies at Brookhaven Community College and Pueblo Community College.
