Michael Mercado

Michael Mercado has extensive work experience in the field of operations and IT. Their most recent roles include serving as the Director of Operations & IT at Broken Heart Love Affair and Lifelong Crush. Prior to these positions, they worked as the IT Manager - Canada at MDC GTG and as the Head of Internal Client Service at Meat & Produce and Veritas Communications. Michael also held managerial positions at Age of Majority and Harbinger Communications, where they oversaw systems and facilities. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Manager of Systems and Operations at Veritas Communications and as a Network Administrator at Integrated Healthcare Communications. Michael began their career as a Network Analyst at Royal Bank of Canada.

Michael Mercado attended Trios Training Center in 1997, where they studied SCO Unix. From 1982 to 1986, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy at the University of the Philippines. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Medical Cannabis Fundamentals for Business Professionals from Durham College.
