Xóchitl Gaytán (Sochi)

Xóchitl 'Sochi' Gaytán is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in real estate and education. Currently serving as the President and District 2 Director of the Denver Public Schools Board of Education since November 2021, Xóchitl also operates as a Broker Associate/Business Professional with Broker's Guild Cherry Creek Ltd. since January 2002, specializing in assisting Spanish-speaking clients and small business owners. Xóchitl has been an active member of the Colorado Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, contributing to the mission of promoting sustainable homeownership within the Hispanic community from January 2016 to January 2018. Prior project coordination roles were held at Terumo BCT, Good Day Concrete, MillerCoors, and FaulknerUSA. Xóchitl holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver and additional certifications in entrepreneurial operations and real estate.
