Susan Hatten is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. As Chief Marketing Officer at Holmes Murphy & Associates since July 2014, and Chief Operating Officer at BrokerTech Ventures since March 2020, Susan plays a pivotal role in driving innovation and strategic initiatives. Additional expertise includes serving as Senior Business Development & Sales Executive at Sigler from March 2004 to June 2014, where Susan excelled in relationship management and client retention while integrating creative services and marketing strategies. Earlier experience includes a position as Marketing Research Associate at Iowa State University, supporting research efforts within the College of Business. Susan Hatten holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Marketing and Specialized Sales from Iowa State University, completed in 2004.
