Ronald Richardson, P.Eng., ICD.D

Ronald Richardson, P.Eng., ICD.D has a long and distinguished career in the private and public sectors. Ronald began their professional career in 2006 as a Financial Model Developer at Barclays Capital. In 2007, they became a Founder and Venture Consultant at Wesley Clover and Co-Founder and VP of Sales at Benbria Corporation. At Benbria, they also held the roles of Advisor and Board Observer, Vice President of Product Strategy, and Vice President of Product Management.

In 2015, Richardson joined the Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation as a Director and Immediate Past Chair. In 2016, they became a Member of the Capital Angel Network. In 2019, they became Director of Tundra Oil & Gas, and Director and Board Chair of Brokrete. In 2021, they joined Calian Group as a Director, and Hyperion Global Energy as a Director (Former). Most recently, in 2022, they became a Director at Mission Control.

Ronald Richardson, P.Eng., ICD.D has a diverse education history. In 2018-2019, they completed the Institute of Corporate Directors' Directors Education Program (DEP) in Governance. Ronald also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Software Engineering with Honours Co-op and Distinction from the University of Waterloo. In addition, they have obtained a Director certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors in September 2019 and is a Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario.
