Peter Karol

Peter Karol serves as a Professor of Law and Faculty Director of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property at UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law since July 2023. Peter has been Of Counsel at Sunstein Kann Murphy & Timbers LLP since October 2004 and held the position of Associate Dean and Professor of Law at New England Law | Boston from December 2009 to July 2023, specializing in Art Law, Trademarks and Unfair Competition, Copyright, and Property. Peter Karol earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School from 2001 to 2004 and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Economics, and Art History from Amherst College from 1995 to 1999.
