Kim Avery possesses extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Head of Customer Experience at Bromford Housing Group since November 2003. In addition to this role, Kim is an Advisory Board Member for the Lymphoedema Training Academy since January 2022. Previous positions include Customer Service Manager at Capita, where Kim worked from November 1997 to November 2003, and Customer Service Manager at South Staffs Water from July 1986 to November 1997.
